kulebyak looks and sounds so gross. I mean I like pretty much every ingredient in the dish, so theoretically I should like the whole dish, but it just feels so gross with all of those ingredients put together. it’s like an exaggerated version of turdacken (not the ingredients, but the idea of it) – useless, stupid, greedy and gross.
this is so funny how he says i dont think im gonna be able to finish this by myself,lol
and its like as big as the frigin table, lol
and he says After 5hours its ready, ROFL!!!!! i wonder what he did for 5hrs, watched tv?lol
He should try my Mom’s kulebyaka, a royal feast! It’s really down to the dough and very good (expensive too!) fish to make it taste right. It simply won’t be the same with stewed cod and potatoes, like in the film.

haha im russian and ive never done anything as hardcore as jumping into a frozen lake after a banya. bathed in snow, but not this. Bourdain rocks though. No Reservations is one the few shows I adore on TV
