Cooking HayHay 教你整金菇肥牛卷, 西檸雞My Facebook page : www.facebook.com 微博: t.sina.com.cn 0:07 金菇肥牛卷材料: 金菇一包肥牛約1磅醃料: 生抽半湯匙老抽1湯匙麻油及胡椒粉少許調味汁: 生抽2湯匙照燒汁2湯匙砂糖及胡椒粉少許做法: 將肥牛慢慢鋪開,再將已拌勻的醃料加上面,醃半小時。 金菇先切去腳部份,再洗淨,滴乾水份。 將金菇放在肥牛的一邊,慢慢捲上,全捲好後,放雪櫃下格雪半小時。 熱鑊放小小油,大火煎約1分鐘,令牛肉煎香,再轉慢火煎煮5分鐘。 轉慢火後,金菇開始變軟,並有汁液流出,慢慢煎煮至熟。 把調味汁中火煮滾,淋在金菇肥牛卷上即可。 2:03 西檸雞材料: 雞扒一大件檸檬一個雞蛋一隻醃料: 生抽半湯匙鹽及胡椒粉少許調味汁: 檸檬汁(約少於一個檸檬) 檸檬2片砂糖3湯匙做法: 將雞扒用鹽、胡椒粉、粟粉及蛋液各少許拌勻,醃半小時備用. 將雞扒蘸上粟粉備用。燒熱鑊加入少許油, 將雞扒放入鑊煎至兩面金黃色及全熟後盛起,用刀切件上碟排好。 另用鍋燒熱, 將調味汁料及2-3片檸檬片加入煮滾, 然後改用慢火。 將芡汁淋於雞件上面即可.
