WEBSITE COMING SOON!!! ingredients: 3 links chinese sausage 1/4 chopped onion 3 cloves garlic diced 1 egg 1 cup peas and carrots 5 cups of cooked rice 4-5 oz. cooked shrimp 2 tbs. soy sauce 2-4 dashes Maggi seasoning 1 tsp mushroom seasoning 1 tsp. sugar pepper Place a wok or stir-fry pan over high heat until hot. Add the oil, swirling to coat the sides. Add the onions and Chinese sausage for 1 minute. Then add garlic for another 30 secs. Add egg and let it cook for about another 10 secs. Add shrimp,peas and carrots and cook for 20 secs. Fold and stir rice in. Then add soy sauce, Maggi seasoning, mushroom seasoning, sugar. Add pepper to taste. Stir and fold for another 2 minutes until even.

Some of the films produced by the College were intended to address the interests of its sister school, the Macdonald Institute, especially its home economics program. These included films on sewing, cooking, and publicizing events at the Institute that were aimed towards a female audience. This film was most likely intended for wide distribution around the province, to be shown in classrooms, or in other public forums.

~My videos are widescreen! Take a look!~ We decide to phone Nanako and tell her our plan of the cook off and what she wants cooked which happens to be a Omelette. The girls all seem to be very competitive about this and go off in diffrent directions after a stare off. I’ll go for a soy flavored omelette I think. After everyone is finished Rise teases the girls by asking about the camping trip food incident. Man these girls are getting heated! Kanji comes back trying to sneak alcohol into the basket. Haha tisk tisk. Teddie meanwhile is chatting up some lady at the sample tray to get some free food. Jeez… We get back home and everyone is working hard on their dishes. Teddie sits with Nanako and feels kinda sad about having to go back to his own world now everything is done. Nanako decides to make a promise with Teddie to play with her so that he won’t have to leave. Rise pushes Yosuke out the way. Looks like the food is ready!
