Le 1er Championnat de France de cuisine à la plancha, organisé par la FFCP! La sélection régionale Nord Pas-de-Calais s’est déroulée le dimanche 27 mars 2011 au restaurant gastronomique “La Laiterie” de Lambersart. Le menu de la journée était le suivant: – 4 candidats du Nord Pas-de-Calais – 1 menu imposé nationalement par Alain Darroze – 1 jury de 4 personnes dont 2 Chefs étoilés, Benoît Bernard et Nicolas Pourcheresse. – Convivialtié et bonne humeur!
