A lunch in the Garden watching steam engine” City Of Truro” passing by, a view across to Bredon Hill and a summer day then our clip shows a visit to Winchcombe Station where Taffy Tank engine 5619 arrived on a train to Toddington and waited for ex GWR 7903 Foremark Hall to pass with a train for Cheltenham Racecourse. Watch the single line Token being passed from signalman to the fireman permitting access to the single line beyond Winchcombe on to Cheltenham racecourse station. This part of England is a treat. Park at Toddington,then travel the line and back. Tewkesbury is not far away, a lovely Town on The River Avon. Two more wonderful pubs are The Fleet Inn and The Load. Both of them are on the Avon riverside with gardens and ducks and swans! The only thing the Royal Oak needs is a small Halt so I can park at Toddington and travel to the pub by train. That way a drink and dinner can be enjoyed without tossing a coin to see who’s not drinking in order to drive us home! Video sharing giant YouTube has unveiled a radical re-design of its site. Famous ex-professional footballer Steve Claridge is due to start filming an advert for The Sporting Arbitage.com, and FORTAYmedia are soon to announce when they will be moving into their brand new studio on the fringe of Kelham Island. The hotel formerly known as The Dakota in Nottingham has recently been re-branded by the hotel giant Holiday Inn. The hotel boasts [#] exquisite rooms and an elegantly designed restaurant, with local cuisine to match. In order to showcase the hotel’s luxury facilities, Holiday Inn have selected FORTAYmedia to design and implement a brand new social website to market the venue. It will include full integration with social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter, which encourages interaction with their target audiences. YouTube has received mixed reviews from its users about its new layout. The video sharing giant has said that the design has been configured to make channels the prime focus of the site. Some users complained about the changes, saying it is messy and inefficient. Others have praised YouTube’s actions, agreeing with them that it makes the experience more engaging and centralised. Part of the ‘Curves’ Project process. Video. 08’58. 720*576 pixels. Since 2003, i am deeply interested in new experiments that can provide some new ‘content” from video works and for ‘well-being’. They are made for big surfaces, big screens to be used as some new animated ‘skins’, indoor or outdoor, for architecture … The ‘Curves’ project was helped by the “Institut International du Multimédia” and some of its studients (La Défense, France), developped in 3d (studio max), first, with my artistic direction and composited later in After Effect by myself (this, about the ‘video content’s project side) … The original researchs were about generating an architecture, the design of a restaurant, its inside with the aim of the more possible ‘immersion’ in the way of an ‘energetic’ approach (similar as other appraoch like Feng shui). I decided to work in the way of virtual design, first, with the help of 3d tools. The first part (creative) of the project (researchs, trends, declinates, …) were made during 2005-2006.
