Chellame – Episode 2. Chellame, SUN TV’s prime time show, is yet another venture of Radaan Mediaworks with the female protagonist (Radikaa Sarathkumar) taking on the evil to protect her innocent family and spreading joy even during the toughest of times.The story of ‘Chellame’ follows Avudaiappan (Ravikumar), a widower and the sole breadwinner of his joint family, which includes his widowed sister Thazhaiamma (Subashini) and her children. The family migrates to Chennai with close friend Thavasi (Delhi Ganesh) to start a restaurant which they name ‘Chellame’. Thavasi, with an underlying motive, tries to create rift between Avudaiappan and his sister. Chellama’s struggle to support her family, as well as successfully run the business against Thavasi’s plans, establishes the premise for this mega Tamil TV series.
